At Dezctop, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Important Reminder: Please take photos of the product and the shipping label immediately upon receiving your order. This helps ensure your rights and assists us in resolving any potential issues quickly.

I. Core Responsibilities

  • Our Commitment: We guarantee that your product will arrive in "Brand New and Functional" condition. If you receive an item with manufacturing defects or damage caused during transit, please contact our customer service within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide free replacement parts to ensure your product is restored to its full functionality and intended aesthetic.
  • Customer Responsibility: If a return is initiated due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size, or product not meeting expectations), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and must ensure the product is returned to our designated warehouse in its "Original, Resalable Condition."

II. Return Validity Period

30-Day Policy: All return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product (based on the carrier's delivery date). Requests made after this 30-day window will be automatically declined.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To maintain fair trade principles and product integrity, return requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Assembled Items: Any product that has been partially or fully assembled, including but not limited to: components with screw marks, utilized mounting holes, motors that have been powered on, or any visible signs of installation.
  • Loss of Original Packaging: The original shipping box and all specialized internal protective materials (Styrofoam, custom inserts, edge protectors) are essential components of the product. If the original packaging is discarded or missing, the right to return is forfeited. (Returning heavy furniture without original engineered protection leads to a near 100% risk of transit damage).
  • Discounted Items: Any items purchased at a discounted rate, via promotional codes, or during clearance events.
  • Designated Items: Any item specifically marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" on the product page.
  • Open Box Items: All items sold as open-box units, floor models, or "as-is" inventory.

III. Return Procedures

  • Pre-approval: Contact customer service to apply for a return. You must provide clear photos of: the interior and exterior of the original box, the current layout of all internal cushioning, and the physical condition of all individual components.
  • RMA Issuance: Upon approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This number must be clearly marked on the exterior of the return shipment. Packages returned without an RMA number will be rejected by our warehouse.
  • Self-Arranged Shipping: Customers must independently arrange for a carrier to ship the goods back. All return shipping fees and logistics are the sole responsibility of the customer. A Tracking Number must be provided to our team immediately upon dispatch.
  • Inspection & Evaluation: Upon arrival, our warehouse will perform a full unboxing inspection (documented via photo/video). The final refund amount will be calculated based strictly on the condition of the received goods.

IV. Risk & Depreciation Fees

Since the return shipping is managed by the customer, any damage occurring during transit is the customer’s liability. If the goods arrive damaged, we will provide evidence photos so that the customer may file a claim directly with their chosen carrier.

Condition Assessment & Refund Standards:

Main Products (Desks and Chairs)

  • Partial Refund: Items returned with minor signs of handling, improper repacking, or missing non-structural packaging materials will incur a 15% – 50% depreciation fee.
  • No Refund: If components are severely scratched, impacted, structurally compromised, or otherwise unfit for resale as a brand-new product, no refund will be issued. The customer may choose to retrieve the item at their own expense or pay a disposal fee.

Accessories

Accessories (cable trays, hooks, monitor mount, etc.) must be in brand-new condition. A 10% Restocking & Repackaging Fee will be deducted from the final refund.

V. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
